Leap, New Rival of Microsoft Kinect with Smaller Size, Price Only $70
May 25th
Kinect technology from Microsoft seems to get a rival. This rival is a unique device called Leap. Why do we call it unique? Because Leap is just a device no bigger than a candy. This device has been strengthened with the USB power and is able to apply a motion sensor technology like Microsoft Kinect.
Leap is able to read the movement of your ten fingers with high accuracy, even for very fast movement though. Not only that, you can also pinch to zoom on the applications you use and even manipulate the movement of 3D objects.
Some analysts consider that Leap would be a serious rival for Kinect. Besides having a size which is certainly more practical, the price offered was very much different from the price of Microsoft Kinect. You can bring home a Leap at a price of just $70.
