In addition to the MacBook Pro, Apple also introduced the MacBook Air at WWDC event a week ago. This latest generation MacBook Air comes with an Intel Ivy Bridge, flash storage with higher speed (500 MBps read speed), 60% faster graphics, and RAM capacity is also increased.

The new MacBook Air will be available in two different variants, namely the size of 11 inches and 13 inches. Both have been fitted with a FaceTime update camera that capable of recording up to 720p.

Apple MacBook Air 11-inch will have a display size of 1366×768, using a dual-core i5 1.7GHz, 4GB RAM, 64GB of flash storage, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 5 hours of battery life. 11-inch MacBook Air will be priced at US$999.

As for the second model, the Apple MacBook Air 13-inch, will have a screen size of 1440×900, dual-core i5 1.8GHz, 4GB RAM, 128GB of flash storage, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 7 hours of battery life. 13-inch MacBook Air is sold at the cheapest price around US$1199.

Both are available at the Apple Store. Apple also states that both can be upgraded using a processor i7 2GHz (with turbo boost up to 3.2GHz), 8GB RAM and 512GB of flash storage.
