Apple iOS 6 Presents Passbook, Turn-by-turn Navigation and Smarter Siri
In the event the Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2012, Apple showcased its latest OS upgrade, iOS 6. Currently Apple’s latest Operating System is only available for developers. Some features such as Passbook to keep track of Boarding Pass, Stream Photo sharing services to better integration with social networking Facebook presented in iOS 6.
With a better integration with Facebook, users of iOS 6 can easily share a photo or status update with a few easy steps. From the navigation sector, Apple established itself to be separated from Google Maps by entering the Apple Maps with 3D display that looks more real with turn-by-turn navigation.
Siri application has also improvement, now a personal assistant for the iOS device is claimed to be a lot smarter with the addition of Korean and Mandarin languages. Not only that, Siri is now compatible with the other iOS devices, namely the iPad.
App Store has also improved with the presence of Like button so that users can recommend favorite applications to other users. If according to plan, iOS 6 will be present to consumers in October of this year.
