Asus made a breakthrough when presenting tablet EeePad Transformer Nvidia Tegra 2 chip based. It is said that the Nvidia Tegra 3 chip was followed to present this year.

Nvidia Tegra 3 is based on quad-core chip code-named ‘Kal-El’. A competitor of this chip is ARM Cortex-A9 and claimed five times faster than Tegra 2.

As quoted from Digitimes, Asus will present the successor of EeePad with Tegra 3 in this 2011. Along with that, they launched the EeePad Slider EP102, and EeePad MeMo EP71 measuring 7 inches within three months.
